Through its SaaS business model, Vortex offers global wind measurements based on real-time calculations. They approached us looking for a 'Nordic' design. We thought adding some German precision wouldn't hurt.
We designed a new logo that is a combination of a vortex and a wind rose. To ensure coherency as the number of products on offer grows, we established a visual language for individual product icons.
