Background

Parallel to my design practice All Things Are, I work as a UX consultant. With more than 20 years of experience in conceptualising and designing digital products and services for international clients, I have a proven track record of introducing tools and design methodologies, driving change through co-creation and prototyping, leading design projects, and championing user-centred products.

What I do

Strategic design advisory: Facilitating co-creation (teams and disciplines) to identify key opportunities for sustainable change, guiding the innovation process from analysis to what might be.
UX strategy: Defining a vision, goals, and an action plan to align stakeholders and meet customer expectations. Using data and user research to create a UX roadmap that is optimised for growth and development, while keeping user needs at the centre.
Guiding design teams: Mentoring diverse and distributed design teams, fostering an agile, supportive and collaborative working process, and establishing tools, methods and processes to optimise the workflow.
UX/UI design: Providing clarity and simplifying complexity to align interactions with user expectations and behaviour. Using an iterative process of research, prototyping, and testing testing testing to help design flexible and robust systems.
Design stewardship: Ensuring the integrity of designs is maintained through supervision and hands-on involvement in implementation.
